I made mine for an late supper and we totally enjoyed it! Yours looks wonderful…I’m not sure I could have done this early on a work day!!
If I don't already have all the ingredients by Friday, I usually just skip it! =D
and then months would slip away...
Did your husband think he had died and gone to heaven when you presented him with that beautiful breakfast. I'm sure that could become a habit with him. I thought this recipe was worth whatever effort had to be made. Very tasty and I will make it again.
He was quite surprised to see a hot breakfast.
Oh, I´m so jealous of your eggs. That´s exactly what I envisioned I would get and exactly what I didn´t...ja! Gorgeous breakfast Anne! Now you get to make it on the weekend again.
We actually will eat eggs all the time for dinner during the week. Often prepared just like this. I wish, though, that someone who shall remain nameless would prepare eggs on a work day for me though. That would be a lovely love-gift.
This definitely made a lovely weekend brunch dish, so making it on a weekday should have made that day quite special. Looks delicious.
This would be a great weekend brunch dish and I applaud your weekday effort! I love the selection of mushrooms you had to choose from, too.
Uh oh - was your husband worried when you made him breakfast before work :-)Bravo for tackling this on a work morning.
Your dish looks really nice. And I love the mushroom selection.
Love your photo of the different mushrooms! I'm afraid I made mine the easy way (that is with a package of crimini that I picked up sliced), but your dish turned out beautifully. I had it for dinner and loved every bite. It would be amazing for brunch though - good idea.
